Final chapter of James's Descent is out and I couldn't feel more proud. Obviously, it might make no sense if you didn't read the previous ones.

But I'm proud because I rewrote that initial version into something far more cohesive, far more inspiring... and something I can feel proud to give the world. Yes, it will still not be my best work, there are times when I almost dragged things along, where things might have less impact... but I'm proud of it. The epilogue is set to hit tomorrow, though I feel like that one is far less impressive than the Epilogue to DE.

Already started on the next one and I gotta say... hard to decide which idea should go first.

For a story source, I went back to the Rust Belt city of my youth and relived a moment in time with a high school friend when we were both 20 years old

Years later, we had a chance meeting, and it left me with the feeling of “what if”. This story tells the "what if" portion and follows a couple through chance meetings at 20, 40, and 60 years old. Each meeting happens in the same place on Christmas Eve. Coincidence? Serendipity? Fate or just the magic of Christmas? You read and decide.

While I could have filed this under Romance, there is too much intense and graphic sex for that category, and I think it will live a better life in erotic Couplings.

I’ve been writing for LE for a year. This is my 8th work, and you’ve all been kind and supportive so far. Please let me know your thoughts.
