Well in that case why not schedule a family meeting and discuss the issue.
Were it 'My' family and it involved an expenditure it would be discussed and the voted on. Majority rules.
Unless of course I was Master, in that case after the discussion so I had everyone's input I'd decide and that would be how it would be.

Umm..
Hello all,
Um, I've always been an avid reader of all sorts and I happened to stumble onto Lit ( as I've seen others call it ). So far, I'm impressed with what I've seen.
At first glance I figured just your typical story site but after delving deeper into the site, I see it appears to be a close knit group of writers, readers and fans alike.
I role-play frequently at a place called Ayenee, after several failed attempts at starting an adult based role-play of my own, either there or independantly, I've been looking for a decent one to join in on. Again, I stumbled into it.
Anywhoo, enough with the jibberish, I just wanted to say hi and I hope to be playing with you soon. I'm a twenty year old male in good old boring Nebraska and I've always had this love for writing, I absolutely love manipulating words to form sentances that paint a picture in someone's mind, or hold them captive in trying to find their meaning or to express myself where I can't seem to any other way.
I'd call myself a novice by far... perhaps hanging out around here will be a learning experience.

As Vixen suggested, read Heacate's Guide and then find a story not listed as "Closed" and think of a name and character bio. Post it as an OOC (out of charcter) post and ask if it's acceptabel. Bet that you'll be welcomed and have a great time.
If I can assist in any way PM and ask me.
You'll find the 'users cp' button damned useful in seeing the stories your in or have subscribed to to read. Also using the Buddy List will let you add the names of those you write with to see if they're on Lit and to send PM's to those on your list.
Be warned though... it's damed addictive here. *g

Greetings all, I'm new to the board, and somewhat new to online roleplaying. I've done tabletop and live action roleplaying for going on fourteen years. I like almost everything White Wolf ever put out, some small amount of D and D, and what I loosely like to term "improvisational" (where I blatantly steal a plotline or world I liked and twist it to my own ends) I'm a pharmacy technician in RL, like horses, books, Tolkien, Poppy Z. Brite, and am an all around goth/fantasy/science fiction freak. I hope to have fun here.
