If your computer is fairly new it probably came with some editors. Mine is a new Hewlett Packard, it came with something called ArcSoft Photostudio 2000. When I open up a picture it opens up in that and I can edit it.

So try looking around in the program that starts when you double click a pic on your PC.


As far as abbrs... there are a few lol. Mostly around here... are the chat laughing ones. ORP and SRP which refer to Online Role Playing and Sexual Role Playing. Also DM and GM, which are Dungeon Master and Game Master, the one who runs the game.

yeah, abbrs are easy to pick up once you've seen them a couple times, how their used.

and chosing what your char is, is VERY important, one of my threads, my first actually was going great! and then this guy sided with the evil, and frought his floatilla of tens of thousands of undead and other alive men to fight the village we were in, which was what? 500 people tops? small village! the only way we could do anythis was if my charechter, and some other guy (he was a wizard and i was a creation mage) killed thousands of people with one sweep of our hands, and thats no bloody fair! i mean, open a rift to the center of the world and drop a stone beast through sure, but do the same for an entire army? thats just..... cheap. so because of that the thread died, because there was nothing we could do. so if you make your char really powerful, well, i shoulnd't say that, I have a very powerful char in one rp, but thats what the rp wanted, i'm the ruler over a great land, and i'm pure evil. so thats okay, but making your char TOO powerful kills the thread and pisses off the people you write with.

I got my puter last August (is that old in puter terms?) I haven't the foggiest clue what's all in it. I just got Windows XP too so now everything is a bit different. (I know the button to turn it on and I can find my way here, so I'm happy )

Is open sex the difference between ORP and SRP ? Or is SPR like a porno (no plot?) and ORP has a plot ?

Some SRP's are kinda like... someone looking for a cyber partner. Or just an ongoing fantasy they want someone to help them out with.

But some have great plots AND sex. They're geared more toward the erotic.

ORP's are just roleplaying. Whether it's swords and magic, technology, vampires, paranormal... whatever.

Thanks. Once I get more comfortable on the boards (and stop loosing my way around here) I tend to find a good thread and then can't remember where it was. Too big of a place, but I'll get used to it eventually. I was subscribing to threads but I was being flooded with emails (which I hate) so I unsubscribed. Ahh....to find a happy medium.


Anyone got a map for this place???

Subscribe to any threads you want to keep track of, makes it much easier - or course then you get emailed when a new post is made, but if you keep it to threads that aren't going that quickly you don't get too many emails.
