So it looks like they’re suing under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), which basically says the federal government can’t take big actions that are “arbitrary or capricious.” In plain English: you can’t randomly flood one state with ICE without a solid legal reason. They’re also pointing to the 10th Amendment (states still have their own authority) and the 1st amendment if this is being done as political payback, which any idiot can see that it is! Will see how this plays out.

Has there been any presidential administration that has been sued as much as these criminal nutjobs? Very stupid to target blue states which basically fund the country's economy unlike those money sapping red states.
