Hello Everyone!

After a week of computer BS I am back and trying to catch up. Long story short, I decided to stop fighting a losing battle, give in to the inevitable, and just went and got a new lap top. Whoo hoo!

Nice to see not much changed in the last few days. It brings me comfort to know everyone is still just sitting around, complaining about the weather and wondering where all the women are.

But when you've got such articulate, charming women like GG and Slow and occassionally some others, hanging in there with you all, who needs anyone else?

BT... that sounds like a fantastic moment. Just thinking about sitting in a forest clearing for an hour or two letting my head clear is it's own reward. But wouldn't it be even more fun to have a forest nymph to (ahem) share the moment with?

Reminds me of one of my fondest memories: having sex with my then girlfriend on a big flat rock on top of a mountain with a gorgeous sweeping view on a warm and beautifully clear sunny fall day. We hiked three hours to get there, and it felt like we had the entire world to ourselves - or at least we'd be able to hear other hikers coming from a distance. To be honest, we were on our way out as a couple and the sex wasn't really that great. I was more into it than she was, but the setting was so extraordinarily beautiful and perfect, that even though we weren't connecting the wa we once had been, the memory is still one of my best.

Anyone else got a good nature tale to tell? (Someone's got to jump start the conversation here!)

I'll share a wee tale

When I was in college (quite a while ago, sadly), I was dating a fellow freshman guy. We used to go over to the apple orchard on campus (very little) that overlooked the lake. We would sit under the trees and cuddle and kiss and hang for hours looking out at the lake. Never progressed much beyond groping and stuff (I was a chicken), but it is a time I look back on fondly.

A panoramic biew can be quite sensual...particularly in the fall with the beautiful colors, a nice brisk breeze......

One of my fondest memories was brought to mind by something both slow and jersey said. I'm a nature lover...if I'm outdoors, I'm happy. Whether it's hiking, swimming, or just playing...I want to be outside. (preferably naked...but am honest enough not to subject too many to that)

My ex and I were attempting to reconcile, so we took a trip to Lake George. It was the fall, my favorite time of year. It wasn't cold yet...so we decided to go for a dip in a mountain stream....well...we'd not been sexually active together in quite some time...but the sun the laughter, the time we spent together that trip...we wound up making love in the water. The sex wasn't earth shattering. But it was sweet. He and I often talk about that trip, and the good feelings it brought us.

Tonight's the night! Hockey season begins! In less than two hours, I will be at the Meadowlands to watch my favorite game in the world- beer in my hand! The only negative about watching at the stadium is "no topless hockey", but that's ok. Nothing could be better than hockey live!

I hope that everyone is doing well. We've gotten so very quiet...I drive in NJ so I know that there are still people here, but....we're not talking, I guess!

Did anyone watch our weasel ex-governor on Oprah today? Who cares that he's gay? Just be a good governor- don't abuse power by commandeering helicopters, flying off wherever you want ot have a little fling....just be good for the state. I know, a govenor who's good for the state is an oxymoron!
