OMG my nasal passages have been entirely screwed up this "winter" by this on again, off again weather. And I use the term "winter" loosely. I am praying for about 2 weeks of freezing cold so all the pollen and microbes in the air will die, die, die and let my head live in free and in peace for the rest of the winter.- AMEN TO THAT JERSEY MAN!

I am so sick of blowing my nose! and yet it's so very cold and unseasonal everywhere else in the country. Go figure!

Am headiing out to hear a band tonight with some friends! So nice to have something to do and not just stay home. No Gomez, though.

And the Devils won last night! Wooha! No topless hockey, though- I was working!

What? Work does not support the ritual celebration of a Devils win? I am shocked to hear it. Imagine, the effrontery. Are they all Flyers or Rangers fans or something? Heaven forbid.

Ditto here on the sinuses. I was to the doctor three times in 8 days this past week. Always take allergy meds year round, ended up at the doc on Fri. 1/5 I was given a decongestant and antibotic (Leviquin which Ive heard is very strong stuff) still had a 101 fever on Wednesday 1/10 he added a 2nd antibiotic (zithromax) and a referral to the ear/nose/throat specialist. He took me off the leviquin and put me on a 15 day dose of cipro and prednisone, with a referral to get a sinus CAT scan.

I sympathesize with anyone in Jersey with sinus issues. I had surgery 11 years ago and I think the ENT is going to say i need it again (this is a different doc than the first ENT who did surgery.

OH AND BY THE WAY GO DEVILS..........WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Hugs to all my NJ friends

Well, today my own sinuses are fine, although wouldn't you know, I have the day off, so of course it is miserably cloudy, foggy, and wet out. Not too cold today, but damp enough that there's a nasty chill. Sigh. Why couldn't today be one of those glorious and sunny 70 degree days we had a week and a half ago?

I don't mind the warm weather, but I so wish for at least one good snow storm so we could at least feel like it was winter. I want one of those unpredictable 18-24 inch snow storms that shut everything down and force everyone to stay home and do nothing.

NJ Girl, I have to say it at least once... you do have a mighty fine looking ass, and your tag line makes me laugh every time I see it at the end of an otherwise literate post. :)

Good Morning AGAIN (mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm) my Beautiful Slowgo...
and the Devils are still 8 points ahead of the Rangers...

I'll make it up to you 1,000,000 times over baby

:rose:

HELLO New Jersey.. Happy Monday...lol

Why thank you...

Thank you m'love, for the compliment on my posts, my ass and I am glad I can make you laugh too. I just got tired of every other private message asking me: "Is that REALLY your ass"? So since I added that I haven't received any private messages with that question.

By the way, yes NJ is miserable once again today. Rainy, foggy, chilly and blah. Oh well... spring will be here before we know it.

Hugs babe!!!

Sorry Candi. I've been more hit and run here than anything of late.

Welcome Mike the Parachute Man. We're an on-again off-again lot here. We're quite the chatty little bunch from time to time, but at the moment we seem to be talking a lot about our sinuses. Go figure.

Mornin' Jersey ~

Almost quittin' time for me -- Haven't been near a window yet this morning .... any better than yesterday ?

Here we go again. A sudden burst of activity, a few newcomers, and then silence again. Alas.

All right. Here's a question to spark some Jersey conversation. What's everyone's favorite NJ restaurant?

Food! I can talk about food!

For beef (and a HUGE salad bar), the Library II in Voorhees.

For Italian, the Italian Bistro in Cherry Hill.

I think Kitchley's in Ramsey has the very best pizza ever! And I love italian...we have such great restaurants around here...can't pick a favorite although Piccolo's has the BEST meatballs!

it's been a crazy crazy week! not much popping in anywhere (well, except for one very very horny night!)

In that case, have you tried THE PUB, in Pennsauken????

I did a review of the VIctorinox SAK OH-Fireman there a while back!!

Sure, go ahead Slow, rub it in that you... oh... well... never mind...

OK, here's a better question for the masses. What NJ night spot has, in your experience, the best eye candy?

Jersey-
You've managed to confuse me...what am I rubbing in?

I'm not sure what's been going on with me lately, but i've been feeling very needy and ravenous! go figure

After not checking in for a few days, I can't remember what I was trying to make a play on words with. Maybe Italian meatballs? Maybe your "not much happening except for one very horny night" statement? I can't remember. Oh well. Must not have been a very good play on words if I can't even remember what it meant!

LMAO how are you today Jerseyman?

Cold enough for ya?

Slowgo and I took care of the very horny night issue... lol and than some.....

I am doing well, Mr. G. Just finishing 3 weeks straight of work, but feeling good about it, albeit tired.

I was just about to make a play on words about your handle, and then I realized if you and Slow merged your accounts you would be Slow Go Mez. Although I doubt there would be anything slow about it. He he.

I am diggin this weather actually. The Florida style winter was getting to me. This feels like winter should, if you know what I mean. Now all we need is some snow. I lust for a big blow out blizzard, one of those state of emergency storms that shuts everything down and forces everyone to stay home for a day, one of those storms that gives you mental permission to lay around on the couch without feeling guilty you're not doing something else you quote unquote should be doing.

The skiers and ice skaters must be going nuts this winter.

Top of the mornin to all, getting ready to hit the road again,Boston this time(wearing Yankees hat of course,16 more days to spring training))counting down to 48 more days to St Patrick Day(Erin Go Bragh!!)The theme I am hinting is Spring Spring Spring.Everybody have a great day and week..Barroga agus Poga!! :rose:
