used to be enough banter in here to drown out an Irish Pub(if that's possible,lol)but it seems like all the jerzey gurls would rather hang in the Pa thread,so it doesn't speak well for the lads from Jersey and since I am originally from another state,perhaps someone can explain that.And I for one am not going to complain about the warm weather..Tir Na Nog !!

Jersey- not only is there very little snow in Vermont, my friend said that the mountain closed this weekend- well, only one or 2 trails were open. HOw crazy is that? Of course, we could all be in Denver!

Welcome Metal. Yeah, it did used to be quite busy here, but one thing led to another and here we are. When the thread got moved from the Personals to the Playground things really slowed down. But most of us are still around in one form or another.

So is this weather freaky, or what? I like warm weather as much as anyone, but there's just something creepy about it being this consistently warm and nice this late in the winter. Metal, how will your school know it's the spring semester that's starting? It's like fall (or summer) never ended.

We can keep this thread alive BTW, but the people who stop by are going to have to do a little more than just post their age, gender and location. C'mon guys and gals.

Hey darlin, was just thinkin bout you the other day. I worked New Years too, plus have had some health issues that I needed to get ironed out before I could look into doing anything fun. Hope you got what you wanted (and deserved) for Christmas...my Christmas presents are still rolling in....gotta love extended holidays.....

Radio just said it's 40 degrees out. Totally bizarre for January. You have feel sorry for the Polar Bear Swim Clubs this year. Although the water is still cold, it can't be as much fun going for a mid winter dip when it's like spring out.

OMG my nasal passages have been entirely screwed up this "winter" by this on again, off again weather. And I use the term "winter" loosely. I am praying for about 2 weeks of freezing cold so all the pollen and microbes in the air will die, die, die and let my head live in free and in peace for the rest of the winter.
