When there are dollars introduced without additional commodities then prices will rise to capture those excess dollars. The Market anticipates the coming inflation.

Maybe, but it doesn't care where the money comes from. Especially at real estates.

The best thing a minimum wage can offer is a better chance for fair paying enterprises against the price pushers. Maybe this leads to some higher prices here and there, but to better quality and more reliable ventures, too.
