Annual registration fees on things like that just frost my ass. What's next? Tractors? Lawn mowers? F****** fundraisers.

Here, the reg fee pays for state maintained and groomed trails which a lot of folks use. You need the sticker to run on state-owned lands. It's not enforced out in the villages where people need machines for their livelihood.

Works well there I guess. Here they have trail side checks for full docs and sobriety, including breathalizers.

This happened when I was going to school in Fairbanks just within a mile from the engineering building.
 
I don't know what burn she's in, but if it's the one close to her home, the mountains are behind the camera.
