I love how you use lighting to really make a statement in your photos. I agree that these are definitely much more domineering than your previous pics and I have to say, I really, really like this side of you.

I find I really like working with just a SINGLE light source. Occasionally I'll use four or more, but fewer tends to produce more dramatic results.

I won't bore you with all the gory details, but for this series I cut up a pizza box to make some "light modifiers" (shaping the pattern of light).

I'd like to continue with the dominant theme for a bit. But I'd like to do it without the props -- portraying the dominant/alpha factor with just my body and the light. That will be harder, I think.

Any thoughts about how to accomplish this are most welcome.

P.S. - I made just over 120 exposures in the course of shooting this series. I bet there are some other "keepers" among them.
