The b&w film really captures the mood of the shoot. Superb photography...as

I'd like to continue with the dominant theme for a bit. But I'd like to do it without the props -- portraying the dominant/alpha factor with just my body and the light. That will be harder, I think.

P.S. - I made just over 120 exposures in the course of shooting this series. I bet there are some other "keepers" among them.

i saw your new set yesterday but found i was having a hard time articulating a proper response. what a fantastic surprise change of pace to see this side of you. perhaps these images just strike more of a chord with me but i look forward to seeing you explore this theme as thoroughly as possible as well as all the 'keepers' from this one *grin*.

this one is my favorite so far though. you look more at ease than in the others. i like that it's just you without the prop. just you ...undressing, confident, in charge... ready to get down to business...

I wanted to let you know that this series of photos is definitely my favorite to date. I did like your bath/candles pics as well as the cowboy series but these are by far the best.

It's a light, summer-weight wool, from Ralph Lauren. The black shirt and the silver/grey tie are both silk. The vest is probably some sort of synthetic.

There was a time in my life when I was renting often enough that it made sense to buy my own. I have the classic white-shirt/black-tie (both long & bow) look, but I prefer this other more contemporary look, I think.

I'm delighted that these latest images seem to "resonate" better with your own inclinations. I *will* be exploring this theme a bit more, and would welcome your ideas re: how to accomplish that. You *know* I've always admired your imagination/creativity and felt that it far exceeded my own.

What is driving me crazy with lust and anticipation is that you haven't shown the full facial.

What we see here is parts, is moods, is...mystery. It's intoxicating. The flogger picture - a particular favorite, yes, I am of that subset, although your other poses bring out an unusual longing to see that world from the other side.

You've covered the classic elements - the suit, bringing a certain seriousness and formality to the shot, setting the tone. The obvious quality of clothing and the care in which you wear it adds to this.

The implement - *grin* What can I say - it is my favorite toy - with it the weilder can inflict a stinging punishment - it is also capable of the softest caress. This particular tool complements the mood set.

How you have draped it over your hand, between the fingers - suggests softness and sensuality, rather than a more threatening feeling a handle grip might have.

Your lighting however, brings a certain menace, the knowledge that the weilder is in complete control.

Now they tell us it WASN'T a heart attack after all. Can't tell us what it WAS, of course. But they can tell us what it WASN'T.

So we had some drama and some excitement. But no real harm done.

My dad went through that a month ago...It seems as if the medication he is taking did that.. too much. He spent 1 week in the hospital, getting all sorts of tests..They lowered his perscription, and now he is better!!!

You and me both, just got Mom home last night. TIA - a stroke that's not a stroke. Can't prove (meausre) it, it could have been caused by this, or that. It might happen again, or not. Could be a precursor to a real one, or not...

Of course, you love them and do what it is that must be done, but it's so very, very hard. At least I can give back to her everything she's done for me.
