That's the best attitude, rumi. The only cost for entering Lit writing contests is putting up with the one-bomb trolls. Laurel will weed out most of them before the final count but until then they do give the scores some interesting ups and downs.

I have to admit, I thought promising nuddie pics if people voted was quite good. Only problem is, a lot of people say they do, and they don't - how would you weed them out? Or just be indiscriminate and send them anyway?

I got offered to be 'compensated' to write a story for someone the other day. I was wondering if 'compensated' meant getting a cache of nuddie pics?

My votes as at now are 106 and 203 - maybe there should be an award for who gets the most troll votes removed? 10 seems the number to beat so far...

I have gotten a few people who thought it was a scat story, which it is far from. I don't think I could get away with the Humor and Satire category if that was so. Nevertheless, I know a lot are turned off by that subject matter. That is why I got a few 1 votes. Thats cool, because I am still entertaining others. Just by reading my comments, I can see that, and that is what keeps me going.

Hey Liz. Oh, I got bored with Snertsville and the sniveling snipers. I'm surprised Cloudy didn't get Lauren Hyndend to censor me again and delete my post like before (giggle, giggle, guise girls). But she did get off by putting a sweet comment on my story and giving me a 1 vote.

Ah yes, JoKo. I have a thing for him too and still want to see him naked. Bent over in anticipation. But my weapon of choice is not a knife. He reminds me so much of the Labatt Blue bear. Cute, cuddly, and real horny. He did send me a message and said he missed me. I don't know how. I spread my legs as wide as I could and screamed "Oh baby!" about a hundred times.

Hah, "What Did You Expect?" is at 3.80 with 51 votes. I think it's a little higher ranked than I probably would've given it. The weird thing about that piece is that for some reason this German publisher guy liked it and translated it into German (just for online). I've never been overly fond of it, but I figured I'd throw it into the mix to see how it would do. It's better than I expected, but not exactly kicking ass and taking names. So how close am I to the coveted last position? Am I a contender?

There again, a lot of stories that I've written that I do actually like hover at that rating although with far fewer votes. I'm not sure if that's because my writing is weak or just not particularly appealing. I'm going to assume they're just not appealing. Ah well. I am pretty proud of my submission for the Superstition chain story, though. I think it came out to exactly what I'd wanted Although it's pretty precariously on the line of hot. *sighs*
