BTW everyone, Colonel Riekkan is a NPC character that is anyone's to use, so go to it. I figured the base needed a leader, and since it was a relatively small base it wouldn't be a General.

I hope nobody minds me creating a character to command the fleet. Dar wasn't really supposed to be that, but i figured it was the most epedient way to write about the battle over the planet.

One more thing, great writing everyone. And great story.

I am glade with everones writing so far and what the have, or/and doing.

D'rack will come out of hyperspace to help the Jedi retreat when PPoohive has done what he wants...

Untill then I'll do Darth Kane and General Anderson... I am about to take Darth Kane back to Coruscent, and do a bit more with Anderson so he fits in with everything.

The Empire is broken up into a few groups. Anderson is in a group of 4 Moffs; which means Moffs and a General, which is 5 Star Destroyers, controling 3 Systems.

Darth Kane had Coruscent (Part of), a very basic Death Star construction, a shipping bay which is orbeting Coruscent, 4 Star Destroyers, and 1 Super Star Destroyer being made.
Kane is now under D'rack's cotrol... For the time being.

D'rack is a member of the Jedi Conceil, and heis returning to help his follow Jedi.

There are other groups of Moffs, genrals, Admirals, and Gran Adimirals who have their own Star Destroyer and Systems... Not all our working together either.

Basicaly, the is sil open areas for people to join in... More Jedi isn't needed, nor is more Sith at this point.

You can try...

Sith are evil, each want more power then they alreadyhave, and more then evey one else.

In the Star Wars unverse. There was a war,, the Sith Wars I think. Were each Sith raged war on each other for more power... They moreor less killed them selves, the Jedi helped kill off the Sith...

A Darth Baine reconstruceted the Sith, to have the "2 Sith" rule, where there could be only 2 Sith... A master, an a apprantice.

Now, forthis thread, that rule no longer is there. Because we have more then 2 Sith... Each wnts to kill the other and take the power for themselves.

My Darth Kane was building his army so he could kill Poohive'sSith lord... ButD'rack stoped Kane.

Good luckon bringing them together... Oh, and goinng to Coruscent won't help. Darth Kane & D'rack don't have enough force to take on any one at the momement... They are far from being the leadersof the empire.

well, my character thought he was the only sith left, after Vader & the empereor died, so he is still in shock that there are more than him out there.

What Tholin wants to do is basically get all the force users together, so they stop trying to kill each other off

Then Darth Bane had the 2 Sith rule, & that works for hiding them, but not forever, & lets face it 2 vs. 200 is real bad odds.

Since both versions of the Sith have pretty much been proven to be failures for their continued exsisitance, Tholin wants to try something different. He is not going to turn from the Dark Side, & is not looking for redemption. What he wants is The Sith to co-exsist with the Jedi, not be lovey-dovey with them, but in a permenant state of truce. Neither would try & control the other, or the galaxy at large, & neither would try & eliminate each other. The force has two sides to it, light & dark. When either side holds dominion over the other, there has allways been a purge of the greater side ( such as the great interstellar war of the Jedi vs. the Sith, & the Jedi Purge), so if a state of equality is established, then just maybe both sides will flourish. At least that is what is in his mind.

Anyway, my idea was for him to confront the remaining Sith with this plan, & probably die fighting while they laughed at him, but poo threw me for a loop by laughing at my request for a ride ( I LOVED that post!). So now Tholin has to come up with a "plan B"
to achieve his goals. I'm waiting for more input, & then I'll think of something ( I hope).

I see...

The Light side of the force is the good side, the dark side is the evil side... I find it hard to see how the two could co-exist.
The Sith want to rule with a Iron fist, the Jedi want to stop that, and have peac through out the galaxy. Basicaly to do away with evil.

Your char' can go ahead and try to change it... He may even do it, or die trying. I think your idea will give the thread a little twist to it.

You would probably be better of confronting Poohive's Sith, or PD's... Because my guy, D'rack is trying to turn Kane to the good side, and Kane wants to turn D'rack to the dark side.
So my 2 are reaally in between light and dark at the momment.

Sounds great. We'll make Bal, Gavin's second in command. You and I can work out a good storyline with the squadron. It'll be great to have someone to work with. By the way, you can use the character of Colonel Gavin darklighter to further your characters plot if you'd like. He's the typical professional fighter jock, only he's always very serious about his work. Just have fun with it.

I am ordering the evacuation of the Mach IV planet. Every single character who doesn't wish to be captured and taken prisoner had better find a way off of the planet.
Transports, which have been steadily taking off since the attack began, are readily available, as well as some X wings, A wings, and any other reasonable ship that a small rebel base would have.
(I mean, something like Tynan's ship, or a Millenium Falcon is a bit far fetched for such a small base)
Orlanth, you can begin to send in your troops. Fighters, destroyers, what you will. I don't know if you wish to fight or simply want to leave as soon as the other Jedi are there, but it's up to you.
Abraxas, well, I have to agree with PaenDragon. The dark side, by definition is supposed to be evil, but I won't try to force you. You have a good twist in there, so, you can do what you want as well. Leave with the Jedi, or stay and take the transit.
I think I've covered everything. If not, just say so, or send me a PM.
