You mentioned back when musicianship mattered? This ol boy was doing it when patches where really patching cords like an operator....get a load of the guitar strap on his organ

I have cut way back on the threads I am on. I am friends with most of the regulars in the Shenanigang, having been chatting with them for a few years now (on different threads, of course).

That group has a certain vibe to it... it isn't for everyone, but I can't say I know why some people just kind of get it and feel comfy and home, and others feel alienated. I do know how you like to get attention and be in the spotlight, and that crew just isn't into that.

So, sorry I can't be more helpful. I was really close to walking away from Lit for awhile, but decided that wouldn't be good for me.

Did you know this song almost never came to public knowledge? They had dubbed redubbed and overdubbed so many times that the tape was losing its oxide. The just happened to look down and stop immediately to transfer the master tape.
