I totally get if you just need to ride that out, I definitely have days like that.

I have been trying to use my music choices to help get out of feeling low (because, I feel low way too much) and for me, that works.

OMG! Why do you do that to yourself??? That song makes me cry every time I hear it. I know the story behind it, which (to me) just makes it worse. I refuse to listen to it. I don't need that much sadness injected into my life.
