"On the Boardwalk": In Atlantic City : A prelude to High Rollers

Misty eyes, Caryn smiled. She held David's face in both of her hands, drawing him closer to her. She closed her eyes seconds before their lips touched. She kissed him deeply and passionately. David returned the kiss fully. They seemed lost in one another. They didn't care if anyone was around them, watching them. To them, they were the only people in the world. It was their time.
 
David turns, takes Caryn's hand and places her arm around his waist. He places his arm around her as they start walking down the beach, still unaware of anything but themselves and the moon lit beach they were on.
 
David and Caryn walked arm in arm, silently, for a while, until they came across a secluded area of the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, away from the busy crowd of the boardwalk. It was nearly midnight by now. The moon was up, and full, and over in this area there were a lot more stars visible.

"This looks like a good spot," David said, then helped Caryn down along the sand. He sat next to her, pulling her closer. His arm slipped around her shoulder and she rested her head on his.
