Thanks Wintermute hun! It was an interesting trip..**** and not so fun. But overall, I had a great time. It was HOT....and I loved every minute of it!

That was probably the storm that dropped diddly downtown!!! And it has teased all day, looking like rain, and has delivered nothing!!! It WILL rain here again......I hope in my lifetime....

I hope you get rain soon....everything was so dry. It actually has been like that since before I moved, but it's so much worse now.
Now here....we got torrential downpours yesterday and much cooler weather today. Shall I implore the weather gods to send some your way? Hmmm, I wonder what you have to do to appease weather gods?

I hope you get rain soon....everything was so dry. It actually has been like that since before I moved, but it's so much worse now.

I'm not sure....of course, I was teasing about sending you sun so you could go to the beach, but it seemed to be a nice thought.... it's been dry for a while.....and i remember how much it rained in '98 and 2K....I'm way over the daily paper's water conservation tips....oh well - it will rain again....

I went w/ Mother to SC for a funeral while you were here - her 1st cousin died - they were close as children....glad I was able to take off on no notice to be w/ her....she needed someone..... oh well, those things happen sometimes - seems to come w/ life on Planet Earth as we know it.....
