OOC: Loa Blood

Merrick, right.

As far as the world knows, Nikki is dead. She's still secretly working for the Killer Bees, and she just got sent to take over Bridges, which is under control of the rival Cold Blood gang (which is exactly where we are in the plot now. Nikki's agents are just attacking the Cold Blood base for the first time). Unfortunately, Lady Siren hasn't been around in a few months, so if she comes up at all, it will be as an NPC.

So, the real question is, what's Damien been doing all this time? Do you want to play through the assassination of the King, or just say they did it, or just say they didn't yet? Merrick lived in Svetla (poor continent, low tech, mysticism, near Bridges), and she was going to take Damien there to meet their mother. So Damien could be living in Svetla now, reunited with his mother. That would also work well for me, as there is about to be a major Svetlan connection in the plot.

Oh yeah, there's also a horde of Draconian antmen on the loose in the ruins of Bay City. So Damien could go there (looking for Nikki or whatever) if you want some quick and easy bug-hunting action.

So, yeah, place him in Bridges, Bay City or Svetla.

Would it be wrong to have my little twin kidnapped and draged to bridges or to look for her brother, if morgoth shows up soon. Granted the kidnapper would be some one the child conveicned, and the twin would be pwoerless for a while.

Good stuff everyone. Cats, your twin can definitely get kidnapped from her foster home. However, she's still only a few weeks old. How quickly did you want her to age, and develop her powers? We should start out describing her in her foster home. Is she happy, unhappy? If she's aging rapidly or displaying unusual inteligence, then her foster parents will report it to GAIA and the Argon government.

I'll post more IC tonight.

Physicly it will not age fast, mentally it will but it will lack the physical cordination to actully speak or anything. I mostly brought it up since you were on at the time.

Chances are it will be about a month before that happens. It will a fair time before her powers develop to the form I mentioned in the pms way bak when, right now it is simply being able to search around her. It'll be quite a while before she can get some one to do this but it need developing.

okay, hopefully Loki can deal with Nia's daughter for a while.

DT, feel free to have the antmen rip the shit out of my comando squads. I would like it to be a struggle, though, so lots of antmen should die (who cares! it's a hive, there's plenty more where they came from). But how will the Queen respond to this attack?

As for Symphony, he should be able to save himself from those missiles somehow, but save a piece of the big robot for Damien. And remember, Symphony isn't supposed to be a fighter. Don't make things too easy for him.

Roza may look like she's in trouble, but she can still get out of it any way she wants. Like I said, those Killer Bee agents are not meant to be much of a threat.

Hey, welcome back Siren! Just in time too, those are Nikki's troops storming Hass' mansion as we speak!

Um, I know Damien and Nikki are happy to see each other, and I'm very glad to see some romances happening in here, but could you please keep the explicit sex down to a minimum? There's lots of other threads around here for that kind of stuff, and I'd always wanted Loa Blood to be more for . . . plot. Some sex is fine, but more than a page at a time is kind of excessive.

Anyway, I'm glad you're both back and writing again.

DT, remember, Loki doesn't have to follow where the implant leads him. Think about what he wants to do, or anyone he might want to talk to in the big city. Also, he could try gaining control of the implant, and using it to, I dunno, hijack flying cars or win the lottery or something. Just something to think about.

Democable, nothing interesting is going to happen to you while you're waiting around your hotel room. What does Damien want to do? Assume that there is every kind of real-world person or thing you wantt to find in the city. Who do you want to talk to? What do you want to do? Now that Damien's family is all dead, what is his motivation?

Hey Morgoth, glad to have you back. Nothing's happened to the Crusher, since he's sealed away from the rest of the world by GAIA's prototype force field.

Outside, several months have passed. THe ruins of Bay City are overrun with antmen, and the ARgo military just figured it out. Most of the action has shifted inland, to the Argon city of Bridges. The Killer Bee agents and Cold Blood ninjas are up to their old tricks again, fighting over Bridges, andd the Gifted are getting caught in the middle.

Nia gave birth to her and the Crusher's twins. The Crusher's son, named Leos, has been adopted by a poor family of miners living in Jackson, in the far north of Argo. The kid is a couple of weeks old, but you can certainly start playing him any time. Please post here or PM me about the kid's abilities and how rapidly you plan on aging him, since I've forgotten most of what you had planned.

Everyone else, great stuff. I'd like to get us to Symphony and Roza's performance quickly, because a lot of different characters can all meet each other there. So end this night (the night of the Killer Bee attack and Nia's visit to the dojo) if you can, and post what your character does over the next few weeks before the show.

Any how, Nia killed the crusher in a violent rage of vengence. (No that wouldn't be fun.) Perhaps it's time the crusher comes out to play. I think I know what favor I am going to ask for Swamp, it just came to me.
