true but if the dracuurians have conquered much of it than I would have at least run into them once, considering I grew up in hyperspace there. Oh another quick question, what about the Chiss if the Dracuurians are a huge presence there, cuz the Chiss are a big presence out there too. I noticed that there was a ship called the Thrawn so I'm assuming the Chiss are out there.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the unknown regions all the areas around known space and the corporate sector? If that's the case, it's possible that the Chiss and the Dracuurians could exist on opposite sides, completely isolated from each other. I know we're not going off the existing novels, but the Chiss and the Yuuzan Vong didn't know about each other, both existed in the unknown regions.
