OOC: The Grand Tournament

Honestly Rone, I'd normally have to agree with you...but at your level, I wouldn't say that it's possible for someone to know how to combine the electrons properly and control where it's gonna strike. Sure, you can go ahead and try to bring lightning down, but you're not gonna be able to control it exactly like a Lightning Elementalist would be able to. You can call it down, you just won't know where it will strike until you try it a few times.

Meaning unlike lightning elementalist, Rone's character will have trouble pinpointing the lightning's landing?

Or did it just fly right over my head, like so many things?

That's what I had figured and what I was going to do. If I do use it, it will be as such, much like a storm of lightning. Not a big threat to my character but if I happen to get hit while doing it a bolt might strike me too. I have a better plan though.

okie, good deal, good deal.

Sorry I didn't respond for so long, was out in South Carolina with my fiancee ^_^

A lech on this site? No way in hell. What would a lich be doing on a sight that is atleast 80% porn?

OOC:Rone, you actully got that back wards the cold object cracks not the hot object. Good example ice cube in hot soup. Bad example ending to Alien 3, that defies physics.

Yea actually, thinking about that once I've had sleep, hot items are strengthened by the coolness, that's why ironsmiths used buckets of cold water to cool their swords. If it worked in reverse, the swords would shatter and make the method useless :p

Oh smithing, yeah they did that to make the swords more dense and harder, sad thing is if they did that enough eventuly they run into the problem dimonds and rock climbing gear has, dimonds are the hardest substance know to man but they are actully very fragile and can eassily be crushed, or rather shatered. Most hard things can, rock climbing gear is more acurate to the sword problem, if you drop it enough, or from a high distance the metal crystalises and then becomes alot eassier to break. A sword that has been tempered to much will actully break faster then one tempered less, oddly enough tempering is a way to get away from the problem when done in moderation.

The Katana's and most japanese swords fold the still instead of tempering the result is a very durable sword, but sadly a very heavy sword.

Edited to add:

Why the hell am I rattling on like this? I must be way to board today.

lol, well Cats, your avatar suggests the best method for playing on this forum :p

Just got inspiration for a part in my story though, heh

Well, now we know the meaning of "Smoking my Foes", becase once you're done rambling, your foes' brains are smoking in confusion.

I think you don't udnerstand, I smoke the foes. You don't smoke the foes. I smoke my foes. Your foes will not be smoked unless they are my foes. That is more or less how it works.

At first I was wondering how smokeing in the little kitties room was taticly useful.

Uhh..... *Doses Head in water bofore head catches on fire.*

... What?

I like smoking. I have a cigar that I am going to smoke real soon. Smoking is fun, and cool:)

I smoked my cigar last night, it was good I was happy, I had to light it with fire so that's cool right.

Fire cool? That is a bit of an oxymoron. I've made some impresive fires in my day, so I am happy. I also tie people up, escape from being tied up and use knives often.

This year I'll be running an arcehry range again, lucky me.

Well, I was gonna do my two characters in their neat little battle, but other people can go at the same time, it doesn't have to be single-file :p it's an entire world out there after all
