I was more interested in the other character you said you developing or maybe another established marvel character that interests you.

I'm not a big fan of Magma:/

OH I love Magma way better and I'm going to countinue him I mess up ussually with all my chars...so anyways I have a bunch of ideas for a group that Magma is the leader of... M(Mutant)R(resistence)O(of)T(The)W(World) currently is run from an old warehouse by lake michigan in Chicago...AND THE STARTING ROSTER IS

1.Chamelion...

Apperance: she deosn't ware clothes (NOT TO BE PERVERTED YOU CNA"T REALLY SEE ANYTHING) and ussually makes her whole body black and hair black also you can almost never see her lips...it's weird 6'4 and has very strong muscles (very acrobatic)

Powers:Self explainitory but if your really or kinda dumb her power is that she can control her skin pigment as in natural comoflauge.

Apperance....a lot like Magma baggy clothing has a sweatshirt thats white but ripped...Blond hair, Blue eyes...5'7"...

Powers:Can shoot spikes out of virtualy any part of her body...also has very very very quick regeneration so once she shoots a spike her skins almost recovered she does feel some pain like wolverine but got used to it....The spikes are green and have a crystal like tint...


4.Boom Box...

apperance. Wears an old who t-shirt and some gloves cut off at the fingers...Jeans and some skate shoes...long black hair green eyes,6'0"..A lot of organic Black holes on his body (ever seen the matrix)


Powers:Can make extreme sounds that can propell him and make VERY VERY LOUD noises. Powerful enough to go to mach one and can generate a sonic boom which at close range is deadly...to be able to run so fast he is obviously also strong..


5.Mirrage

Apperance:not known bye X-men never been seen but have seen his powers...

Powers. Can make people halucinate and generate images and makes them see incredibly real ussually around himself for a camoflauge (assumed dangerous) and very unstable...


6.Blink

apperance: Tan skin long brown hair and has a tail (WHA) yes she has a tail...Wears t-shirst and shorts ussually...Supposedly related to Nightcrawler she is german(you never know) and is about 5'9"...Hazel eyes...her tail is thicker than nightcrawlers to support her larger status and ends like a demons...

I researched Fantomex when Shaq first posted him and he is a very interesting character. Also had to research Sinister as I didnt know much about him. Just vague memories of him in the Xmen animated series from the last 80s early 90s.

exactly....what do we actually know about sinister? for all we know, he could be the source of mutation....maybe the entire set of mutants were created by his experiments...perhaps he has some sort of disease that he's been trying to cure for centuries

Apocolypse made him into the white faced, red eyed, dressed in blue "man" he is now. Sinister is obsessed with the Summer family line because somewhere in that line there is a "super mutant". Sinister has been a thorn in Cyclopes and Jean's side since he discovered this. He also is one of the reasons Stryffe and Cable fought. He hates physical mutations so much that he got Gambit to repay a dept Gambit owed to him and Gambit recruited the Marauders who went and murdered all but one of the Morlocks.

Ironically, Fantomex has a strong hate following among fans. He comes across as a carbon copy Deadpool with a mysterious past knock off but he was created to a parody of the mysterious character with guns type.

What most interests me though is his power.

I don't think I'm spoiling anything when I say that having a spaceship fly out of your mouth IS NOT A MUTANT POWER!!!!

But even I believed him when I read it. I figured "Hey, if people can control magnets maybe they can have a spaceship pregnancy" but it reminded me of what I read about Con Artists.

One guy I read about in this book (48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene) actually "sold" the Effiel tower to some rich French Developers. He was such good con artists they were actually bidding on it.

He was such a genius that he realized once he conned them they wouldn't go to the police because they were such prominent rich people the embarrasment and public ridicule could have ruined them. It's like "The bigger the lie" the more people will believe it because who would come up with something so ridiculous?

It's the fact that his powers are basically to lie that intrigues me about him and I think gives him potential as a character.

I think that's part of where J.D is picking off from. I'm not sure if she was with the team or not in Uncanny #350 "The Trial of Gambit" but if memory serves she was and Rogue, Wolverine, Angel, and I think Storm pretty much left him to die (he should have turned villain then in my opinion but...)


It was one of the better scenes in the 90s.

You can take your liberties cause Sinister's age (IMO) is kinda a metaphor for how detached he is from his humanity.


He is technically still a human (albeit modified by Apocalypse) but he is detached by his immortality, his immorality, his ghoulish nature, and his coldness.

He is like a real life monster.

But he seems pretty adept on current events for a guy who's centuries old. I think he realizes that he has to understand the times he's in in order to affect them.

When you compare Sinister to Apocalypse you'll notice when Sinister shapeshifts into the form of a Doctor or something he comes off as believable so he really gets into the role.

Apocalypse on the other hand sounds like he came from the old world.
