hell, i'd settle for the cookware and ingredients necessary to make delicious meals....i haven't had a REAL meal in months...it's all been frozen/prepackaged stuff

Take the broiler pan, coat in foil, spray with anti-stick spray and oven broil those fillets. Tasty.
