Immediately I am comforted by the notion that though I am barely recognizable, this place is almost exactly how I remember. My throat constricts slightly, both from a tinge of nervousness and from both the length and heat of my journey across these last years.

I totally understand DW. Things got a little too real for me here just before I left. So I left and found fulfillment by other pursuits. I wandered back and thought I would take up writing again. (I’m on my phone so please don’t judge my typos)

I was looking but I think I shall give up on that, the few conversations I did have around stories that interested me left a lot to be desired.
I do understand a lot of people have been effected by writing partners walking away from stories but I feel like I'm just getting tarnished with their fuck-up brush.
