JH, you're a doll and I don't mean a stuffed dummy either. He slides over a box of donuts to share with the others as he enjoys a cold chocolate milk.
Actually, no. Sara is still Sara. They have a Medicine Man for the tribe. However, you've just given me an idea to mull over......Nodding and smiling at Cait. You're most welcome, dear lady. I just finished reading the latest chapter of your character's Saga. By the time our characters meet, we'll have a rich story to share.
So Sara has gone from computer programmer to tribal medicine woman. Most interesting. I have to think about my next post, but I have a few ideas and the time jumps are working well.
She is lovely, and I find her compelling. I never really thought of doing a story like this, but we're running parallel in an exciting way. Building character background as they move to meeting one day. I hope you like reading my reply and sent a few notes. When I have time, I write more.Actually, no. Sara is still Sara. My stories are going well, CG. I have great writing partners. Ahhh, graduation. I know what you mean. I always get this urge to want to tell them not to struggle against life. Go with it, but then, I realize would they even listen? At that age, they think the world is their oyster. Who know, maybe it is. I certainly would not want a redo.It goes Cait I had graduations to attend yesterday and parts after wards. It is strange to see young ones going off to face the world with their hopes and ideals.
I trust your stories are going well.
Jack I am sure Phoo Ming will bring your order in short notice.
Why, Thank you, JH. You're pretty damn good too. I enjoyed your latest. I can't wait for more.Jack walks away from his typewriter after dropping off a completed manuscript in the LIT tube system. Well, that went smoothly when the ball started rolling.
Thank you, CG. If the chef is around and not muttering with a meat cleaver, I would appreciate a large order of shrimp and grits, a favorite of mine. Graduations are a wonderful time, and I've been doing a few myself as I watch a few friend's children decide on schools and head off to the service. One young friend asked if I would do high school or college again. I would go to university again just for the good times, but reality hits, and you must enjoy those times the best you can. I might never have published work, but I enjoy what I do here if only for my pleasure, which is important.
Ah, Cait, what can I say? Things were dark, and I felt for Sara the whole time, but while she's had tough times, they are part of frontier life, and they are making her stronger. I am excited to see what develops. I am rooting for her, and Jackson has not gone without hardship, and there is more to come. I do hope you like the latest post I just finished.
I will ask Cait what do you think about giant animals. Not supernatural but large and dangerous, the stuff of legends? CG, I hope you've seen Frontier Trails because she is a wonderful writer.
Good to hear Cait. and your right they probably would not take advice to heart but would fainne attention. My stories are going well, CG. I have great writing partners. Ahhh, graduation. Giant bears too. Porcupines. Snakes. There's a lot of them actually. That's fantastic to hear. I wasn't even thinking about the Eagles, but that could be very interesting. Wolves fit for sure, and I had a few thoughts.
I had a scene idea that I wanted to do, but I wanted to talk to you before I made a change to the world. It wasn't on deck, but wanted to get your thoughts.
Yes, it is not a criticism of the place, but a sad fact that so few are here compared to the past. We few we happy few...Thank you Jack. I to wish more folks were here but I am thankful for those that stop by.
