say whatcha gonna say.
scroll down past blue bar (assuming that is the "skin" used) that says "additional Options
to Attach Files and click on "Manage Attachments"
a window will pop up where you can choose your file. limit 800pixels wide by 600 pixels high 100.0 KB

click upload
then click on that and copy the url
paste THAT between [I]here[/I] and it will show up!

can paste the url from image hosted elsewhere too. .
