Prayers For Shreik

He does sound a whole lot better than he did. I talked to him just a few minutes and he said that they are getting him up and walking a little. The arm is in a half cast from the fingertips to the underarm.

He said that the food was better at the hospital.

They aren't giving them a date when they expect him to be released.

well I am happy to hear he is doing better......And I hope Cats is getting better rest knowing that he is doing better...It has to still be a challenge.....I hope and pray he gets better.....Hugs and

Hey everyone,

I finished speaking with Shreik 30 minutes ago and he sends his regards and a big THANK YOU to everyone. He has been unable to see this thread, but he is well aware of it and he appreciates EW starting it for him. I read the last page (11) to him and he can't believe how this has been kept going.

He is still very sore, but getting better daily. He is not in a rush to leave the facility although he does want to get home to help out Cats. He told me that although he has seen some photographs he has no memory of that day after he got dressed in the morning.

We spoke for about 20-30 minutes and he was in good spirits. He said that when he is able, he will post to this thread. That is all for now.

Thanks so much for the update Kowboy.........it is greatly appreciated. At this time it is probably a good thing that he can't remember the accident. Our minds have a way of protecting us from things that can cause us more pain and when he is up to remembering and can handle the whole ordeal, he may just remember. We LOVE you both Shreik and Cats.

Thanks everybody the prayers are wonderful and the more we look at the pics the more we realize how lucky he really was...I have had a few requests to post the pics but I wondered if it would upset people as well...let me know whether I should or not....you can't really see anything gory in them just a lot of wreckage.....

They had to change his pain medication today to something stronger, because what they were giving him wasn't helping with his arm...I am not sure how its spelled but I know its a strong narcotic....his therapy is coming along well just that arm keeps sliding.....

{{{{{{{{Cats and Shreik}}}}}}}}}}}} that is what friends are for.......I hope the meds help him......Cats you have to do what you feel is best with the pics....I am sure it is devasting to you and Shriek to look at....but he had his guardian with him.....and he still has my thoughts and prayers......NO one can truly understand what you and your family are going thur.......but I strongly believe in prayer and healing from it.....So God bless and keep you, Shreik and the family.....And follow your heart where the pictures are concerned......love and miss ya Shreik....and Love you too Cats.

Good evening {{{{{{{{{{{{Shreik & Cats}}}}}}} I am so glad to know they are adjusting his pain meds to see he gets relief. It does make the healing better too.

You are both in my thoughts and prayers. As far as the pictures, if someone requests maybe just send it/them to that person, if putting them up on the thread might upset you as well.
