4.30pm and .... it's dark again. I really struggle with this darkness. However I was outside for a few hours today and it wasn't cold

Yeah the early nights are hard but in less than a month it starts going the other way again.
Plus we'll all be chucking up the fairy lights too which is a nice distraction if nowt else
