RBG has gied.

I'm pretty sure that's Harpy's cowardly attempt at covertly advocating for violence.

In the context of what you were discussing it can't mean anything else.

Oh look, A MORON who doesn't know the lingo so comes to the only possible conclusion they can given their own personal bent - using violence as a means end to force people to do what they demand.

Sorry dudly, you missed it. It's not the first time you've done that and I don't expect it'll be the last but this time you REALLY missed it.

We were all thinking the same thing. :)

you're an alkie who needed a transplant due to your alcoholism. :)

Drunk sean is funny!

sober lance is never funny. maybe pop a cork?

Well, the g and the d are right next to each other on the keyboard...
*hic*
:thud:
:D

what's your excuse for your multiple fuckups?

As everyone knows, sean is an excellent drunk typist, but has a short people fetish, too, so he was one handing that one.

making fun of short people is fun, midget!

Scruples from McConnell when he's going against the gang that accepted at face value a clearly manufactured claim of sex assault to block Kavanaugh's nomination.
I'd say McConnell has to sink a bit more before he gets down to the level of the opposition.

Motor boat....but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but...

I'm just happy that you americans have finally found something to complain about. You were all getting along too well.

In the context of wrong element's comment your response was nonsensical unless you were advocating violence.

If the democrats controlled the senate like wrong element postulated how exactly would your nuclear option be implemented???

Harpy is having another mental meltdown.

SAD!!!

Derpy is meltdown mode more often than he's lucid.

Once again, it's NOT MY FAULT you're a fuckwit who lacks elucidation upon the subjects of which you attempt to speak.

It is ALSO YOUR FAULT that you continually fail to improve your understanding of events.

Timbits, how is your inability to make a coherent point NOT your fault?

Do you come with a decoder ring?

He either didn't bother to read, or didn't comprehend wrong element's comment, resulting in an incoherent response.

I don't think a decoder ring would help.

His cognitive decline has been on display for a while now.

SAD!!!

If he bothered to read he'd be a Democrat. :D

That's his "go-to" deflection. I bet he's a helluva litigator, fuck, I'd rep myself against him any day.

The problem with these guys is that they assume normal people are clued into their Hannity/OANN style lingo. I have no idea what the fuck "nuclear option" means in this context. If he's referring to the elimination of the filibuster for federal judges, that's been a done deal for the entirety of the Trump administration so it's obviously not much of a threat; in fact, I am looking forward to a new president taking advantage.

Timbits is a bit of an enigma on this board.

You can understand the existential angst driving most of the RWCJ:
  • BoBo and his seizures and his mixed race self-loathing
  • AJ, worn down by time and gravity (his legendary spinning crescent kick a relic of the past)
  • Coronager with his autism spectrum resulting in his threadbare gig economy/scavenger existence and his strained relationship with his children
  • Ishmael and his family's horrific child mortality rate
  • Rightguide and his scat fetish limiting his contact with the outside world

but by all objective measurements, you'd think Timbits has life dicked.

Yet so often it seems that little Timmeh is the angriest person in the RWCJ....one wonders exactly what is making him so constantly angry?

Derpy was (I assume) born a boy but morphed into an old cat lady who drives a late model champagne colored Caddie. That's enough to make even the most level headed person angry and bitter at the world.

Nice profiling of the RWCJ. Do you work for the FBI???

I can only imagine that Harpy has been completely ostracized by his peers in the legal community for espousing his views on Trump and his administration. I'm sure when he attempted to rationalize Bill Barr's actions to his "colleagues" they all had the same reaction that we had, and that probably really set him off. If he had a public meltdown in front of his superiors like he had on the GB, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they ordered him to get counseling; and I don't mean legal counseling.

SAD!!

Her record...

She wore herself out, trying to save America.
She gave everything that she had.
She has earned a rest.

R.I.P.

:rose:

That is a nice list but you forgot about her strong stand on a woman's right to choose to kill her baby. Credit where credit is due.

statistics say it's most likely that you've had an abortion. also, shut the fuck up, dp4shelly, you fucking cunt.

I just read an interesting opinion piece about what the Dems should do if the Repubs force though a confirmation on a Supreme Court Justice. According to the article, the number of justices is set by laws passed by Congress and not the constitution. Apparently, over our nation's history the number has changed several times. It's been 9 since the middle of the 19th century. The author said that if the Repubs forced through confirmation and the Dems win the house and the senate, they should increase the number of justices to 11 or 13.

Interesting.

She should have resigned during the Obama administration.

If O couldn't nominate a judge during an election year, then this impeached criminal should not have to as well. It's not right.

Don't feel so bad, neither do any of the other idjits on the GB.

Not my fault...

I'm not entirely sure what this means, but let me just ask this:

1. What would Republicans do if the situations here were completely reversed?
2. What would you want them to do?

He didn't either. He just likes the sound of it.

They could also legally reduce the number of Justices on the Supreme Court from 9 to the original 7 justices. Under seniority rules, that means both Kavanaugh and the extremist nominated by Trump this week would be out of a job.
