Hmm, I need to go out and check out the lights. Used to love going to the houses on the Tacky Xmas Tree Tour. Hee hee... remembering the one w/ the live dog w/ the lights on it... and the one where you could get a picture w/ Santa...

well, I'm new to the boards and from Richmond. From chesterfield but I drive to richmond for work everyday. I'm a VCU student but enjoying the hell out of break. hope everyone is having a good time getting ready for the holidays.

Tacky light tour.....I think it's Pennsylvania Ave just off of Hwy 1 and 295 behind the State Troopers Headquarters. Both sides of the street are done up but the guy on the left side out does them all. He's out in his yard just about every night from now until x-mas.

I like going at night over the Holidays and seeing the lights and drinking hot cocoa... (Ginter). Haven't done that for a few years... maybe this week.

What about the lights down at the Beach? Anyone check those out? When we did that years ago they gave out a cassette tape of music to play when you went thru them... and the lights were all sea/christmas themed.

oh, and there is that farm somewhere w/ lights too... can't remember the name.

isnt usually worth it. you can park your car and walk along the beach getting the same effect. weather is still pretty warm for winter so the stroll is nice. i remember playing night football under the lights of the christmas displays. its great at the beach in the winter
