A dark, dank rainy day a mild south wind driving rain before it as the last of the snow melts away. And yet there is a hint of cold in that wind that promises more snow..

I set the pot on to perk. And soon the sensual aroma of coffee fills the Inn. Phoo Ming emerges from the kitchen the domain where he rules supreme. His weathered old features broken by a smile as he brings in fresh French market doughnuts.
