im confused with steve his mother cant be diana she was one of the three maiden goddes who swore never to marry and always be a virgin so she cant have kids.

In some interpretations Diana is linked to Janus in marriage. She's also considered to be the goddess of childbirth and conception so it really isn't that far of a stretch.

the reason she was the goddess of birthing cause she was the moon goddess ancient cultures thought some of the moon cycles effected when a woman can get pregnant easier but she still was a maiden goddess along with Vesta and Minverva

Ok, I'm off on holiday and shall return in about three weeks. Feel free to NPC my characters, Lyra could give Jessup an ultimatum or if he chooses to fight you should remember she has access to her powers while he doesn't so he's unlikely to win, would most likely end in a draw. Probably just easier to make it an ultimatum for now HotCider, I shall see you all soon and I hope this is still here when I return

Hey, I already told you I'm shipping out. I meant to say this here though. Tuesday I ship to Army BCT. I won't be back until late September. If this is still going when I get back, then I'll be willing to continue it. I'll be back for 30 days before I ship off again for a year.
I don't know about NPCing Jessup just because I don't want anyone adding some corn to his style - if you get what I mean
. Just come up with some new enemies for now. There are so many gods you can choose from. I'm just going to have Ares go AWOL until I get back, and I WILL return. I'd even be willing to continue this in a 1x1 if it dies. But any who, good luck you guys.

Dragon you clearly like your mythology, just remember that you are basing what you say on old tales and heresy. Also the idea is to mix Greek and Roman parentage for Steve, look at the Greek and Roman gods, they are basically the same, their believers are just removed a country and a few years. So no matter what the books say, a powerless goddess in a human vessle would not really say no for the strapping young lad named Zeus who wants to settle down, why would she then keep to her pledge if she can be happy? The only reason Steve gets an ability from her is because of the genetics involved. So I really appreciate your input, but I do think about things a bit.

Okay. I'll write a post to this game some time next week after my graduation (not BCT lol it's like BCT part 2 but not as bad). I don't know if Tight N Ready is still around, but I'll try to summarize the chat Lira and Jessup had. I read that you all's characters are at Hayden's mansion. They may be in for a rude awakening, but I don't plan for it to be violent. It'll actually be peaceful (as peaceful as the RP allows lol).

I was lucky today and was able to get a computer at the library. It's amazing because these computers are almost always backed up with students. That is all I'm able to post for today unless I attempt another post on my phone, which I can try if it's not too late. Lights out is lights out, and I need my sleep because PT in the morning sucks.
Just an update on my status. I graduated from the resoldierization program and I am now adjusting to the next phase. I got my laptop, and I will set up internet tomorrow. I am very tired since I didn't move into my room until about 8pm. We'll see how everything goes.

Yes. Jessup could easily join the gang if they want him. Also, in case any might have been wondering, there's nothing special about his lucky shirt lol. He thinks there is, but there isn't. He doesn't realize that the magic was all him (not saying there was magic involved, but I'm sure you get what I mean). Jessup just has some pride. He'll never beg to be on anyone's team, especially a team of people he tried to kill. His expertise would have to be wanted.
Hayden has already told him that he's a godling, but Jessup still refuses to believe so. The only reason is he doesn't like Ares. Ares is who he is, but that side of him hasn't been awakened (he also isn't aware of that identity), and if it ever is, it will be a very dangerous ego. Truth be told, even Jessup is afraid of him.

Cider I know that Jessup would most likely get upset with this, but the door will be closed and only be opened once Jessup had shared what he knew and Lydia came up with a nice story about the lady with the dog. I feel it only fair to stop Jessup now and just get the other three up to speed about why he needed to finish them off in the first place.
