Its been a bitchin' week actually but I didn't take that new job afterall since they wanted me to work graveyard for months. At first it was that I would work an occasional evening to that. If a customer service position instead of dispatching comes up next year I still may work for them. No bens either though since not enough people signed up to make a good group. They get it through their spouses or something instead.

Got back from my trip just in time to give you all a New year's kiss.

I'm not going anywhere for quite a while with all this flooding. If we'd been delayed anymore we would have had to stay in SF over the New Year until the roads cleared. Sounded kind of fun actually.

It rained all day non-stop yesterday here in Central Cal. In fact it's still coming down! Lot's of flooding, power outages and fender benders all over the place!
I've been lucky with no power outages where I live, but might consider a sandbag or two if this rain continues.
