I love that it notes which ejaculation options require consent (by astrix!)Oh, @cascadiabound!
I am laughing so hard I can barely stay upright! *wipes tears*
Just texted to half a dozen people.

And not at all surprising. Maternal mortality has increased significantly too. This is frustrating even from behind the ocean.

It's just how much it has risen that's surprising. Experts naturally expected a rise. And not at all surprising. Maternal mortality has increased significantly too.
It's awful
Agreed. In 29 states it is definitely more dangerous than it was a few years ago to be pregnant and our national maternal mortality rate was already eclipsed by many other developed countries at that time. When you compare that here you can only get certain maternity benefit (the famous Finnish maternity box) only by seeking maternity care before certain amount weeks have passed - and that's precisely to get all expecting mothers to do that! It's designed as a prize for getting checked in time, and thus helping maternal & infant health in 2 ways simultaneously.
Heck, wouldn't want to be pregnant in the US. Not even with planned, totally healthy child.
Accurate. There's mass Exodus of OBGYN s from Red States, too.
It's not worth the hassle to navigate this nonsense so they're relocating in droves to states where their credentials aren't being threatened. The access to care gap is widening at an alarming pace.
That's the part they didn't quite expect I think, at least not in the amounts it's happening. There's mass Exodus of OBGYN s from Red States, too.

It boggles my mind how that happens in a country which calls itself the land of the free....It boggles my mind that this is even an issue in a country that proudly calls itself a superpower!
I think it's a little bit of the dog that caught the car. That's the part they didn't quite expect I think, at least not in the amounts it's happening.
That has been very clear from the start. The anti abortion movement is so much more about controlling women and their choices than it is about reducing abortions.
