Second Assassination attempt on Trump

Deep down, nobody really believes "the election was stolen" anymore, if they ever did to begin with.
I think, with the possible exception of Trump himself, no one ever did. Here as everywhere, the MAGAts pretend to believe in his nonsense because they think it puts them in with the in crowd. That includes the January 6 folks, who really just wanted to keep Trump in office by any means necessary.

Not right now...

But if you have followed how the Supreme Court has worked in the last four years, there appears to be no limit as to what the government can and cannot do.

Do not take ANY of your constitutional rights for granted. Because with the current court in place, they can all be taken away- yes, even amendment #2.

Newsflash you idiot, the government has ALWAYS done whatever they please. The job of the judicial branch of the government is to stop them whenever they overstep.

This means that when the government (or the courts themselves) fashion unlawful restrictions of, or grants of, rights the courts ensure that those restrictions/grants are within the law. The law. Not your ideology or beliefs or social justice trends/leanings.

And I'm good with that. Why? Because that's the way our system is designed to work.

YOU, on the other hand, don't seem to be good with it because it tends to kick your ideology/beliefs/social justice bullshit right in the teeth.

Which is something I'm good with as well.

If the job of the Judicial branch is to top the government when they overstepped, THEN WHY THE FUCK HAVEN'T THEY STOPPED THEM WHEN THEY OVERSTEPPED?

Why, then, did they basically grant sitting presidents utter immunity from prosecution should they violate the constitution or the law when in office?

Why, then, did they fail to prevent roll-backs of women's rights when the Dobbs decision was handed down? Why has one justice in particular stated publicly that he'd like to see further roll-backs of individual rights?

These things should not happen with a healthy, non-partisan judiciary that functions as intended under the Constitution. That's the way our system is designed to work- however, it's clear, with the current Supreme Court in place, that it's NOT working.

Because the court recognized that leaders of all nations have immunity for their official duties. Just like the courts recognized that there is no Constitutional right to abortion. That you don't like or agree with that decision is just you putting forth your beliefs and ideology in place of the law. Because you're stupid and easily manipulated.

A nonpartisan judiciary IS what we have. The judiciary is made up of US, you and me and our neighbors who each and every one have differences of belief and opinion which they try to set aside in order to LISTEN and then decide the matter before them based only on what they hear and see in court instead of their individual idiosyncrasies.

Mostly they're successful and it is obvious when they are not. The Trump lawsuits are painfully obvious in this regard where the judges and appellate justices have failed to be impartial. Because if they hadn't been partisan in their decisions, the SCOTUS wouldn't have had to make that decision and reverse them. That reversal alone should tell you that you're wrong. But it won't. Because you're stupid and easily manipulated.

It is the judicial branch (note, NOT the SCOTUS alone) which determines when the government has overreached its authority under the Constitution. The lower courts make their decisions and those decisions are subject to review by the higher courts. Public disagreement doesn't mean the decisions were wrong, only that the public disagrees. The remedy is to change the law, not change the deciders of the law to include only those who agree with your version of the law.

You prefer tyrants who believe as you because you believe might makes right. Yet you deny that option to those who oppose your beliefs and your need to force compliance. What you don't understand is that your preferred tyrants eventually will be replaced. If those replacements hold opposing viewpoints, then the new tyrants will void everything you think you've obtained.

This is the mistake you make with the Dobbs decision - According to the Supremes, there never was a "right" to an abortion. I disagree with that determination for logical and legal reasons. However, the fundamental difference between you and I regarding that decision is that I accept it without needing to throw an emotion filled temper tantrum because of it. Why? Because if it is a "right" worth fighting for, "the people" will change the law. Currently, those who are pro-abortion don't want to do that. Instead they want to impose their beliefs and ideology on the rest of us by force.

And that's why you're wrong in what you believe.

Further, just because enough of "the people" get together and manage to change the law that doesn't mean the change is good or worthwhile. One need only look at Prohibition to understand this lesson. This doesn't only apply to abortion. It applies to guns, speech, privacy rights, and most of all, equal justice BEFORE THE LAW instead of lynchings in the court of public opinion based on propaganda. One universal ideology is NOT good for America.

The end result is that you, like the rest of the dumfuks here need to wake the hell up and realize that you've been manipulated by outside interests. YOU are the "Russian assets" you claim Trump to be. YOU are the puppets of foreign influences. YOU, not the rest of us.

Because you believe that your ideology trumps everything. What you're learning is that it doesn't.

That you don't like or agree with that decision is just you putting forth your beliefs and ideology in place of the law. Because you're stupid and easily manipulated.
So you agree with the courts that trump is a rapist and a felon 34 times over.

Thank you for confirming that, timtard mc rapey.

The felon lost a fight with his security team.

Trump used 10 deceptions to claim he was shot. He had expensive help hiding, that he was injured by his security. Celebrating, with minor collision cuts, as supporters were dying, is a bad look.

The theory that Trump’s ear was accidentally injured by his security team is implausible. They didn’t hit him hard enough to produce that much blood. More likely is that one of his team squirted fake blood on his ear during the scrum.
