The one I am making is along the pump style. I would like it to be as hands free as possable. Set it and forget it. If you put the unit up on end it could be made to work like a symbian unit without the vibration .

If u r looking for something to vary the speed of your sex machine I bought a variable speed switch at SEARS for electric motors for about $20 that might work for you. The switch was a couple inches long and slide back and forth to change speeds.

I've got the parts I think I'll need. Now its putting it all together. I have the penis set up. I used 0.5" PVC pipe and purchased a 2nd skin penis to slide over the pipe. The penis is actually designed to roll over a mans penis to give you an xtra few inches. Goes on like a condom. That way you can use it on different partners with little clean up, Just swap out the skin. It was actually the cheapest option i could find at the local condoms to go. $28

The operation will be manual via POT controll. i had an old kids remote controll toy. I am planning on useing the motor to controll the thrust. I need to work on the gearing. Lastly (way down the road) i am planning to use the stearing servo to adjust the angle. I think this would be great for a hands free remote operation. toy=$20

I havnt found a suitable housing. I am planninig on mocking up the alpha system on a wood plank so its easier to work with.

I will try to post some photos soon. My mother in law is in town so its hard to work on without questioin.....

About the sex machine.... I know I remember some posts here. I searched the blank manual and nothing jumped out at me. It could be within a thread and not the title. (I have to admit, I'd never heard of one and when I saw the thread I thought it was a joke until a friend sent me info and I googled.... the things I never knew.) I like your idea DuplexEmotions, the beauty of it is putting an adjustment on the track (3) where bar 3 attaches to. Being able to adjust the thrust depth..... so many ideas running through my head right now.

I was struck with a thought today, why don't you build it into an office chair. It would make playing with yourself in front of the computer better on your back if your like me and scoot forward a ways to really get a deep motion going.

I have seen them built into a chair/stool before. They have more complex eliptical motion instead of a streight thrust. May be in the future but For now I'm keeping it simple.... for the DIY.

OK I'll chime in on this one.
I have built two the second far beter then the first. Stroke length is about 6.5 inches.
Speed is controlled by a variable DC motor drive. 0 to 90 volts.
At slow it will stroke about 10 strokes a min.
At fast it will be at about 115 per minute...hang on!
I used a "VAC-U-LOK" 7" dildo connected to a 1" pvc pipe.
The pipe allows for movement in any direction due to it being flexible.
The pvc pipe is connected to a solid shaft riding in linear bearings.
It in turn is conected to a 6 inch timing gear, belt driven to make the rotation smooth, and it is driven by the dc motor.
When it is completly finished it will be inside a wooden housing that looks like a small bench.
Nobody will know what it actually is except me and my wife.
We have played with and it works really well. My favorite position is her on all fours being fucked by "ROBO-COCK" and me under her licking her clit.
She controls the speed to her liking.
The DOC-Johnson dildo has balls so they slap my face while I'm licking her.
Thats a big turn on for me.
The whole key is to convert rotary motin into linear motion.

A lot of good ideas! Thank you all. My prototype is comming along good, I am having problems figuring out how to attach the motion to the motor. My origional Idea of a piston on the crank didnt work as well as I thought. It would start out slow ok, but as I speed up it bound.

I like the sliding rail /linear bearing Idea.

When this is all done I am planning on creating a detailed document for others to make.

We need a lit DIY channel, lol.
