I think the only reason they are expensive is that its a sex toy.

From the photos I have seen all you really heve is a shaft connected to a rotating motor. Another thing is wether the shaft will drive straight in/out or have a more eliptical in/out motion to give a more random feel.

But I think the only complex part will be making the speed adjustments.

Where to get fucking machine components

If you really want to build your own inlatable dildo , here how to: take a bike's inner tube, cut about 25 ", in the way that 20" remain fron one side of the valve and the other 5" on the other side:turn the tube outside, make a VERY tight knot at the longest end, now turn it inside back, now make an other very tight knot on the shorter side, remove the little inner valve from the metallic hose, insert a rubber pipe , approssimately 30", add an hand pump like the one that your Doctor use when measuring your blood pressure... the I.D it's ready: just be careful the first time you use it !
WARNING: if you don't remove the inner little valve it won't deflate when you'll open the little valve of the hand pump, and it could be harmful or at least painful! Please relate me if you like it!:
