Additionally, knowing the limits of the medium I was working under created a more 2D experience in output as well.

I’m anti-PSL. Too sweet. An iced americano with one pump of pumpkin in it is good though.

Hot apple cider from the orchard is where it’s at though. Doesn’t get much better than that.

We have a working water powered mill up here that does fresh pressed cider one day a year. I make a day trip of it. So amazing tasting.
