I have a few concerns but I'd eat that. This looks like some sort of noodle dish with rice cakes as a topping which is something I like. And I have been known to put a slice of American cheese on top of instant ramen so I'm not even offended by that. I'm way more concerned about what the what looks like a xiaolongboa is doing there.
