I’m salary but I get OT

Same. Kinda.

I regularly work overtime without claiming it. But every once in awhile I'll actually submit for it. We work 37.5 hour weeks, so the first 2.5 hours are just comp time. Anything over that we can choose comp or pay, and get it at 1.5x. But if you actually break into pay OT, you better have a darn good reason.

And I don't really need the comp time, I barely take time off as it is and am getting close to when they're going to force me to take PTO because I have to much accrued.

I mean, more so now. But it's a very recent thing. We used to sometimes do trick or treating. But.. we have Guy Fawkes night on the 5th November as well. That's also a massive deal but used to be bigger when I was a kid.
