Same. Kinda.

I regularly work overtime without claiming it. But every once in awhile I'll actually submit for it. We work 37.5 hour weeks, so the first 2.5 hours are just comp time. Anything over that we can choose comp or pay, and get it at 1.5x. But if you actually break into pay OT, you better have a darn good reason.

And I don't really need the comp time, I barely take time off as it is and am getting close to when they're going to force me to take PTO because I have to much accrued.

Blade Trinity. A rotten pile of raccoon entrails posing as a film. The stories from the set by Patton Oswalt are far better than anything in the movie. But Blade and Blade 2 are both visionary vampire classics, (as well as Blade being the first Marvel film.)
