We only watch shows that come with warnings.
I once did a talk about writing at the local high school and the headmaster asked me not to talk about sex and drugs likey writing does. I said I write for a mature audience and life has an 18 certificate. Plus any kid that's mature enough to be a reader shows enough maturity to make informed decisions.
It's those that don't read that shouldn't read my work.

Did you know LASFS is the Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society? They used to have a lot of big name sci fi writers in their membership and play D&D at their clubhouse on weekend nights. They also host a big convention over Thanksgiving called Loscon.
