Fine. Iron, or iron shavings, though that is sort of the nuclear weapons when you are dealing with the Neighbors. That can cause a longer grief, but if it escalates and you feel in actual danger? Cold iron is your friend.

St John's Wort, because is the herb of Midusmmer, is potent, especially against the Unseelie Coort. Verbena is almost as good, as are Holly berries. Red is a power color.

Bells work for Morris dancers, so they may work for you. Whistling as well. Heard "whistling in the graveyard?" That is the basis for that.

Pour a circle around your chair in salt, maybe mixed with churchyard mould if you have any handy (and everyone should for such emergencies), then add a drop of your blood. That will keep out most things, ghosts included. You know, until you break the circle.

Ghosts take more work, and they respond better to talismans, and that takes time and effort. And a burial shroud. Harder to get those now.

That is off the top of my head. It will take a bit of time to find my other resources, sorry.

I think Dragon Age 2 was 10 years after Origins, inquisition was right after DA2, and this one's 10 years past Inquisition... So twenty, give or take?
