I was a theater arts major (before deciding I wanted to pay rent and moved to Comp Sci), I love to act, and seem to do pretty well with improve. But always when the other person knows it is acting. Games are great when everyone knows the rules.

I used to be very grossed out by the whole "call me daddy" thing. After being on the forum for awhile, I see that it's more about a power exchange than guys who actually want to pretend they're banging their daughter..though those guys do exist and I block them immediately. (One even told me I looked like his step-daughter, which he found hot

it works for me, but its still a mask...im naturally dominant and a nurturer/caregiver, so it works, but i can only go so far with it...it goes back to the role play thing, my imagination doesnt work that way...i cant close my eyes and picture something...i see black...i can describe situations ive been in or seen, but its not for me...i prefer the aural exchange of us just being ourselves.

I was a theatre arts major too! I can suspend disbelief in a theatre very easily just not in a chat thread, or even in the bedroom. I suck at real life role playing as much as the online stuff.
That said I credit my theatre background with my love and use of language and my ability to connect with people. I just can’t pretend I’m a doctor getting it on with his patient or whatever.
