There was a fairly reputable club where I used to live. There was never a good time for a friend to take me but of all the things I missed out on the shibari work is higher on that list than I would have guessed.

I have books on knots that I didn’t buy because I used to be a Boy Scout or my friend had a boat. Although that’s the official reason.

Had the idea of buying some paracord at the hardware store and tying up one of my wife's stuffed animals just to see her reaction. Would probably take me all day to do something basic. I didn't get my knot tying badge in scouts
