The convictions will not stand. Currently there's a motion for vacatur, meaning to vacate the verdict, which the court is wrestling with because it appears that the convictions were based, in whole or part, on evidence which cannot be used. This means the 34 felony convictions aren't yet actually convictions. Sorry 'bout dat.

Also, this nation doesn't require someone to "vindicate" themselves. Until t someone is convicted, they are INNOCENT and you believing that Trump is guilty until he gets "vindicated" is WRONG.

Rep. Waltz emphasized that the motivations behind Crooks’ actions remain unclear, suggesting that a foreign entity or other third-party could be implicated.

“I don’t understand, and I don’t have any answers yet to help me understand how the [Secret] Service and DHS came out so quickly and said – and I think the FBI as well, but I’ll have to check that – and said, he operated alone,” Waltz told Daily Mail at Trump Tower in Chicago on Wednesday. “How do you know that mere days into your investigation?”

“You can’t tell us his motive, but you could tell us he operated alone? You can’t get into these encrypted overseas accounts, but you can tell us he acted alone? So, I don’t buy that yet,” he added.

“I don’t know of many 19-year-old kids who could make multiple IEDs with a remote detonator on their own,” Waltz added. “Why didn’t that get picked up if he’s searching that online or buying literature on how to do that?”

Three weeks ago, Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe angrily pushed back on senators’ calls to immediately fire or discipline key agents directly responsible for the security failures that led to the assassination attempt against former President Trump at last month’s campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Since that time, Secret Service leaders have placed several members of the Pittsburgh Field Office on administrative leave, according to three sources in the Secret Service community.

(Administrative leave occurs when a federal employee temporarily leaves their position and work duties – either because of a misconduct investigation or medical or mental health issue. These employees usually still receive pay and benefits, but those decisions are left to the discretion of agency leadership.)

While these members of the Pittsburgh Field Office were placed on leave, a different set of agents, several assigned to Trump’s permanent protective detail, are still on the job providing Trump protection, the sources say. They remain operational even though they too were deeply involved in devising the Butler rally’s security plan.

That would almost account for how he got up there to begin with. He was allowed to ... intentionally, on the plan that was intended he plink off a few wild rounds, then get taken into custody. The (far too much blood on Donny for a simple ear nick) wasn't really blood, but rather a prop. Was there testing done on his shirt?

Anytime you point a loaded weapon at a person, there's the potential for someone to be hurt. You cannot eliminate that no matter how much you try.

We still don't know all the details of the JFK shooting. Most people are fairly certain that the CIA/FBI were involved somehow and that's why it's still not being released despite no longer being classified.

What makes you think that the uncontrolled rancor against Trump wouldn't/didn't spawn the same set of circumstances but instead believe that Trump set it up to just make him look better?

There’s no evidence that Donald Trump was wounded. A shot was fired and a bystander in the crowd was killed, but we don’t know if Trump was hurt.
