Donald Trump is not known for hiring competent people. All that would be required to stage an assassination would be to fire one shot into the crowd.
Derpy apparently "thinks" a STAGED assassination ATTEMPT requires a patsy shooter to be a good marksman.
Side note:
I believe BSG is engaging in conspiratorial musings to troll the irresponsible MAGAts, like J.D. Vance, etc, who are out there saying "They" (Democrats) tried to kill Trump.
I also believe BSG has been trolling the MAGAts about that lack of transparency from the Trump team regarding the injury to his ear. (The MAGAts sure as hell would be demanding FULL transparency if President Biden had been involved.)
It IS suspicious that neither the doctor(s) and nurse(s) who treated Trump nor the hospital where he was treated have been allowed to elaborate on the nature of the ear wound and the level of treatment required to treat it.

The first shot rings out. Trump says “oh” in surprise like he’s just remembered something, then he briefly touches his right ear. He doesn’t act like he’s been hit by something or stung.
Then he starts to crouch, and as he’s stooped halfway, the security agents pile on him and ease him to the stage.
It looks staged, not like the chaotic scenes that played out after real shootings, like when John Hinkley shot Ronald Reagan.
I want to know the truth. I don’t want to think that somebody would fake something that serious, but something doesn’t add up with what happened on July 13th, and the fact that the Trump campaign tried to stage a fake memorial ceremony at Arlington only makes me more suspicious.
I would only say this:
If a bullet, a piece of a bullet, or some shrapnel from another source barely nicked Trump’s ear, there probable wouldn’t have been any immediate pain, and the bullet, piece of a bullet, or shrapnel whizzing past his ear could have disoriented him for a moment before he realized what was going on. (He IS a doddering OLD imbecile, so a slow reaction to what was happening would track.)
Side note:
Some people ACTUALLY get seriously “shot through” a part of their body and don’t realize it in the heat of the moment.
IMHO:
The most suspicious thing about the whole incident was the fact that Crooks wasn’t detained by the big, tough, male local cops earlier. The big, tough, male local cops FAILED in EPIC, almost unbelievable, fashion. (The big, tough, male secret service supervisors on site who didn’t have a working communication arrangement with the big, tough, male local cops also FAILED in EPIC, almost unbelievable, fashion.)
Of course, none of the big, tough, male local cops who FAILED in EPIC fashion OR the big, tough, male secret service supervisors on site who FAILED in EPIC fashion got fired, but the female head of the secret service who wasn’t even present was forced to resign.

If you believe it was a conspiracy, then perhaps, he was selected. If you believe he acted alone, then he was self-motivated.
The truth is uncertain but leans toward a lone wolf actor.
To get a faster resolution, we should call a Republican congressional committee and put as much effort into it as the Hunter Biden investigation. We might reach a conclusion in, say, a couple of years.
