It's tempting, but let's not drift into talking about that show. There certainly were some peculiar things about it. I don't know where such a topic would go: the General Board? Maybe Tilan would have enjoyed giving his take on it.Well, the weather DID start getting rough. The tiny ship was tossed.
Yes, he was practically begging to be deleted, and Lit honored his wishes.I guess you guys are talking about the user I ignored. Is he gone?
And if they'd every walked to the other side of the Island, there's Honolulu, LOL
Not sure about that. I think they would have run into the crew of Lost. And if they'd every walked to the other side of the Island, there's Honolulu, LOL
The beach shots for the first season were on the little island just off Oahu. Trust me on this, my dad told me this so it must be true.Actually, I think it was Studio City.
At first I didn't want to do this, but I had one more comment on Gilligan's Island. If they really are back in Hawaii, it's much like the Twilight Zone episode "I Shot An Arrow Into the Air" in which three lost astronauts wind up back on Earth but they don't it. They have the bad luck to land in Death Valley, one place Serling filmed in before. I know, a similar gimmick was used later in Planet of the Apes. So, now that this is out of the way, let's see if we can get this thread back on track...
I appreciate Lit for having this huge amount of stories, combined with the forums (of which, in both cases, I avoid most of them). The things that I do check out makes me feel like walking around in a small village, with all the 'interesting characters', but at the same time, there seems to be no limit for what one might find.
