Dry rub has salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, brown sugar, cumin, and chili powder. A bit of sweet, a bit of heat. Very standard dry rub mixture.

Smoked paprika, hot paprika or just run-of-the mill stuff?

Although... The fish counter at Waitrose is better. They are very good with a bearded clam :cool:
 
My brother shipped Wagu beef tenderloins and ribeyes to me for Christmas. I grilled them for Sunday night's game. I wish I'd seen this thread before now - I'd have shared a pic of my meat. Bummer.
 
I'm disappointed that I'm still a bit under the weather and my plans for making Rouladen tomorrow have been pushed back to another day.

Anyone else enjoy this?
