Siobhan's fantasy epic of eipc fantasy (open, PM me first)

Jon smiles and says "Saddly I just got this leather outfit with chain-meal, the food sounds wonderful. May I use a blanket or something to cover up with to get the outfit cleaned, after the barn gets cleaned? *Jon smirks* Unless you want me to clean the barn nude."

Jon watches her for a reaction. Jon nods and says "Getting to work and some food for a place to sleep dose sound like a good plan, and daylight is burning. If I am to get a bit of wood cut for the morning and early day head start on tomorrows chores along with cleaning up this barn."

Kasia lets go of Clancy's hair to rake her nails hard along his back. Her hips rock in time with his, fucking him back with the samehunger and urgency she finds in him. Green eyes stare up at Clancy, locking to his as she moves with him, under him "I fucking need this" she kisses and bites his neck after, pulling at the skin "I fucking need you Clancy" she digs her nails hard into his back as she grips him, leaving indentations in the skin. Her words dissolve into a chorus of moans, and the sound of flesh slapping on flesh as his hips meet her thighs over and over again while they tangle on the bed. She grips him inside her, squeezing him with her walls, making herself as tight as she can with each thrust. Her body moves with a combination of animal lust and insatiable need, taking Clancy over and over, insatiable.

The woman smirks "i can't say i'd be averse to seeing that, but i'm sure you're a good modest moral man and wouldn't want to be cavorting with your bits out" she laughs and goes to fetch him a pair of breeches "these were my husband's. I'm sure they'd fit you enough to do some work in at the very least."

As she says "i can't say i'd be averse to seeing that, but i'm sure you're a good modest moral man and wouldn't want to be cavorting with your bits out" with a smirk. Jon returns the smirk and nods at the "wouldn't want to be cavorting with your bits out" Jon would be willing to work nude for a short bit of time if he was alone in the barn, but not to be mucking it out for a free show. As she tossed him a pair pants he held them up to make sure they should be about the right size. Jon says " Well they are the right height, and if they don't fit right. The will cover me up for a bit anyways to work in. Thank you, and sorry to hear about your hubby passing. If you give me a minute. I can toss my outfit outside. A good rinse may be as good as you can get as the metal links are attached unless you want to rip it apart to wash it and restitch it. Most the time washing in the river is good enough to get it semi clean, or in a heavy tumbler to mix the soapy water in as the armor outfits bounces off beams in the drum. The beams are like a chair seat in thickens. "

Kasia shudders with her release, then relaxes her grip. she looks down and sighs "you know Clancy, its polite to pull out" she swats him and lays back "just saying" she keeps still under him, running her fingers lightly along his scalp and enjoying the warmth and buzz of their post coital embrace. "As for the bistro, they'd probably have charged extra for the use of the table." she squeezes him again, then kisses his neck gently as she curls into him.

The farm woman looks at the streem "im washing it in the stream" she laughs "but... uh thanks for the advice" she smiles at Jon, sparing him another look. She's busty and hippy, but comely for all that. "at any rate, ill be down soon enough with your food"

Jon starts to take his shirt off exposing his semi toned chest, and arms. Clearly there is some muscles there, but not enough to pop out with out being flexed. Jon hands the shirt off to Karina and says. Soon as your out that door, I will take off the pants and toss them out the door, and thank you again for the food and shelter for the night.

Jon tried to keep respectful tho Karina is a woman that has some natural beauty. With her large breasts and wide hips. If Jon was to get involved with a woman, he dose like a healthy thick woman. The playful teasing is a good sign in his book for a good personality too. Not that he is looking to tie him self down in a relationship just yet, but the traits he admires in a woman don't hurt. Jon plans to change into the loaned pants while shes in the house dishing up the food, so the armored pants can be washed along with the armored shirt.

Jon's foot is sore, but can be walked on. Jon can't run on it at the moment.

Kasia burrows in against Clancy despite the heat of the late summer night. She runs her fingers along his side "you can stay if you want"though that hadn't really been in question. she sighs and closes her eyes, her hand still roaming, exploring his spare frame andtracing the contours of it "i'm worried tomorrow is going to be a shitshow" she sighs and runs her fingers along his side "hopefully Andrej reallyl knows his ass from a hole in the ground"

Karina, true to her word, brings a hearty lunch fit for a farm worker. A pile of cold sausage and day old bread. she leaves it for Jon and watches him work for a moment, admiring him. She looks him over with big blue eyes through a fall of dark brown hair, nearly black. "you're a fine strong man. Shame you're not a farmer" she chuckles and leaves his washed things to dry in the sun outside the barn "if you ever decide to switch careers let me know" she winks broadly at him, then leaves him to work the day through.

Jon notice her watching him after dropping off the food. If she wouldn't have watched him. Jon would have stopped working to eat, but part of him enjoyed being watched. When she says "you're a fine strong man. Shame you're not a farmer" with a chuckle that confirmed his hunch she was enjoying his show..... When she comes back she says "if you ever decide to switch careers let me know", This really got him thinking....With her looks, she would be a good wife as she caught his eye. Jon knows between the two of them they can make something to eat. He wonders if she would be bold enough to ride his tongue tho, or would she be to scared to fuck his mouth.......Jon keeps that question to him self for now. In his response he says in a inquisitive tone"Would you handle a man around here every night?" As he keeps working, but has turned a bit to see her walking away out of the corner of his eye.

Jon wonders how she will react to hearing that question.

Karina laughs over her shoulder "if he was a real man. but for now, i'll settle for a farmboy..." She laughs "or I would if I weren't a good virtuous woman" she sashays back up to the house, leaving Jon to his thoughts and the half finished barn. One of the cows punctuates the silent with a low "moo", but otherwise the farm returns to a stillness as the July heat stifles the air a bit.

Jon stops working to watch her sashay up to the house......Jon is not positive, but he thinks she put a bit more swing into her hips movement for him....Soon as she is in the house. Jon gets back to work.

Jon finishes the barn and heads outside of the barn to cut some wood. He stands with his side to the house as he sets the wood in a pile for quick change as he start to cut. Jon takes a big swing letting the axe be pulled down from his head height down into the wood, driving the blade into the ends of the segments of wood. Jon cuts the first 3 up into small strips good for starting a few fires. Before getting to work on the real fire wood.

As Jon works, the thought stays in his head.... Could he give up the short lived questing life?

Kasia nod snad turns to press her back into his chest and wriggles her ass against his crotch "at least you wont be poking me in the back" she closes her eyes, but her body doesnt relax entirely right away, finally drifting off to a fitful sleep after a while. She tosses and turns through the night, not truly relaxing till almost dawn.

Jon's ruminations on giving up the adventurer's life are short lived, as the reality of shoveling cow shit out of the barn interrupts his reverie. The day is long and hot, and at the end of the night the widow is mildly flirtatious but not as bold as she was while he was working. He's fed again, and put up for the night.

In the middle of the night he hears something trying to get into the barn, but after a few minutes of unsucessful scratching at the door it wanders off, leaving him to visit the armorer in the morning.

With hearing the scratching at the door, Jon slept with this shield on the ground leaning on his side while on his arm and his sword along side unsheathed on the barn floor. Jon got a mostly good night sleep and woke up feeling mostly awake.

Jon used the morning with the sun few sizes above the horizon to cut a few log up into mid sized chunks with the axe before going into the barn to change. Jon came out in his leather outfit with chain-meal pants and shirt...

Jon walks at a good clip, with his sore foot into town. Jon meets with the guy again who was at the desk to check in so he can get the armor..... Jon says that he would love to have the smashing knob at the very base of the sword a bit more flared out to protect his hand a bit more, then the top of the hand guard widen to cover the top of his hand the top side, with out going down over the handle. Jon would be happy if it weight a bit more... Jon was asked to do some swings with a wooden sword and thrusts.... The armor has him wait in the lobby as he draws something up and mixes a mold of Jon's hand.......

So Jon sits in the lobby of the armor and waits....

Kasia is all business the following morning. She takes her time to inspect all of her tools, sharpen her blades and check her leather for any signs of defect. She's friendly, but focused as she gets herself ready for the excursion. Clancy watches her secret a few knives away on her person, and then she turns to face him "so. anything you need to do or get before we head into the crypt?" she shifts "i figure its a 3-4 hour job. I mean its a crypt not a fucking mile long tunnel. Either there's something awful in there or there isn't. probably 2/3s of the time will just be getting there and back, right?"

Jon is in for much more than a fitting. He is taken past the lovely reception area and into the side of the mountain. Led down a tunnel, he arrives at a forge. There a pair of dwarves take measurements of his hand, but also his arm. They give him a variety of swords and scabbards as well. Through the translator, as the dwarves at least appear to speak no Homines or any other human tongue they direct Jon to test the draw of the blades, finding an optimal length. They test various weights to ensure comfort while providing the solidity Jon will need when that blade meets chain. THey even ask to observe his normal routine with the shield.

THere is, indeed, a great deal of fussing over the shield, and the human from the reception area says "honestly they're quite disappointed they didn't get to do one of those instead of a blade. Not many of them about you know, those old imperial style shields. If you decide you want to upgrade it at some point, they would likely give you a discount."

Kasia frowns "I just.... i mean he's got... you know tall dark and jaded working for him. Is this really so safe its below that guy's pay grade? or are we... being sent to get rid of a son he doesn't want any more?" she shakes her head "i think I'm being paranoid. maybe. maybe everyone really is out to get me. Maybe everyone is out to get me AND im being paranoid" She grins her too wide grin, though there's a tension around her eyes that keeps the smile from lighting up her whole face.

An hour later Andrej is collected and the trio are standing just inside the entrance to the undercity. Andrej draws out his mace and pours an oil over it, then speaks a word. The mace glows, shedding a bright light in every direction "Since we aren't all elves." he offers. The boy seems genuinely interested in being a functional member of the group. He's dressed in a breastplate and helmet, both worn but well tended, probably from his time in the south. Underneath he wars a gambeson and padded leggings. On his back is a pack of tools. At his waist is a spare handaxe to go with his mace. His sheild is blank, Andrej is rich but his family are not nobility nor is he knighted and so he is not entitled to a device on his shield. "I suppose the crypt isn't getting any closer" he remarks, and sets off.

When the trio reaches the rope bridge, Andrej affixes his mace to his belt and makes his way across first "if the ropes wont hold me.... save me for god's sake" he jokes, making it across in decent time though he pointedly does not look into the narrow chasm.

Jon picks a normal human long sword sized blade for the length , he then picks the heavyset weight. As most long swords are, they are more about force of impact rather then slashing and cutting. So in his hands, the dull thick blade would be sure to do harm to hinder a human in armor if not brake there arm or ribs.

Jon is amused with the fuss of the shield, but is glad they like its style. He will be coming back later on to get it upgraded for sure. Jon dose as the ask. Jon shows them how he uses mostly the shield for attacking, while the sword is more of a defensive hold to deflect a sword out word in a blocking motion or hitting the arm at the top trying to brake are arm it self. Jon also shows how he has been known to use a sword like a spear by putting the hand guard up to the back side of the shield on a charge. The can see his shield is clearly his main weapon. Jon dose tell them "If I can, I would rather brake the arm of my attacker in the start of a fight to end it, or just let them hit on my shield to tire them self's out."

THe dwarves actually insist Jon try every blade, and then affix various weights once they've determined they have the perfect length. The human explains "it's not about finding a blade you're used to, sir. it is about finding a length and weight allocation int he blade that is perfect for you. This is not... good enough. it is perfection. it is art, adn a deadly art. The sword must match your arm as your arm matches your body" The fitting, as a result, takes the better part of the morning "come back in a few days, if you don't mind, and we can talk about designs on the inlay and such."

Jon nods and says "For me the shield is my main weapon, the sword is more to keep danger on the far side of my shield. I much rather drive my shield into someone then my sword. The blade needs to be a hard hitting blow rather then cutting blade. That is what I love along the long sword, as the dull but harder blade then a slashing sword. I never had a blade made for me, always used what was at hand. So I the master craftsmen here can make the size fit how I use it. I am happy to defer to them for size, as I am sure they will make one that I will love. I do know the hand guard needs to be better then what I got, and the butt plate too. Would be nice for a heavy butt plate would give me another option when smashing the arm... I am sorry I don't really know much about swords as the orc town I came from, they mass produce the one kind. Tho a few human swords had been saved from the melting. Like what I got." Jon turns to the dwarfs and says "Please do what you think is best... I am sure when I feel it, I will love it." Jon smiles at all 3 of them then says " Ok I will be back in 3 days."

The dwarves nod and jabber. The human nods "yes, yes but you've come to us for a sword so a sword you get" the dwarves start immediately to work, as the human ushers Jon out "3 days, and we will do a little more in the way of testing the balance and whatnot, then we can talk about inlay, hilt decoration and the like. This is a statement piece, after all. It will look good on your mantle after you retire. it should catch the eye"

Kasia deftly unlocks the lock again, then slips the door open. The dust just inside the door remains undisturbed. Andrej sneezes "father sent the servants down to clean before we buried my mother, and my grandfather. " he lifts his mace, shedding plenty of light into the gloom. Here in the upper areas, there are only two sarcophogi. One has a acarving of a woman who resembles the painting of Jozep's beloved first wife, and one has a carving of an older man who resembles Jozep far more than Andrej. "the lower crypts were full, i remember. We will probably have to start a mausoleum in a few generations" Andrej remarks, then heads for the stairs. Kasia stops him, then kneels and fiddles with a plate in the floor, disconnecting a trap. "I'll go first. Your father gave me a list of traps to disarm and the mechanisms" she heads down the stairs, pausing to cut a razor sharp wire about halfway down.

Jon nodded and shaken the humans hand. Jon was glad they didn't seam to care he had said he grew up in a orc town, as allot did. Tho Jon's mixed parentage gave him a more human look and easy to hide his parentage other the his larger frame. Jon headed to the desk and payed with all the rest of his cash. Jon was glad he is staying in the barn for free.. Jon says "Well I look foreword to seeing the masterpiece the make. With that Jon heads out of town back to the river and on his way to the barn. Jon takes off his shirt and slips into the barn to swap out his pants from the non-armored pants. Jon walks out of the barn to get to work on cutting the wood for today's chore's. As Jon works, he thinks about the inlay and hilt decorations on the sword.

As jon cuts wood, he notes the tracks of some great beast that had been prwling around the woodpile the night before. Like the wolf in his camp, the paws seemed too large for a natural creature, and the impression in the mud made it clear that it weighed much more than a normal wolf. Also, in the light of day the scratches on the barn door looked deep, deeper than an animal could have caused.
