I'm coming in a little late to the thread, but I did read the whole thing and never really saw where you said what your curiosity was about? Don't know, but I'm guessing she's all talk, and doesn't really want to. The main reason to have sex with a guy as opposed to a woman is because there's usually less chit-chat involved. It's better for busy people.

A friend of mine is "to-ta-lly" lesbian too nowadays, but she's been with quite a few guys in the past. Her overgeneralization is that men are generally crap at sex compared to women, as men are overly concerned with orgasm. Just relaying her opinion, not agreeing.
